systems are meant to be challenged.
that's evolution. systems need anomalies.
and that's exactly why i fell in love with startups:
their capacity to f*ck with the rules.
just likes anomalies.
i once thought eu/fr startup scene was home.
but i was wrong...
when i cared about the beauty of crafting good useful sh*t.
many cared about fame. money. and their personal branding.
felt like i was back to louis XIV era.
so i lost hope.
then. a good friend introduced me to buildspace 🫶
a free place for ppl to make cool sh*t on their nights & weekends.
i was surrounded for once by cool (and kind) ppl from all over the world.
so i fell in love with tech again.
but buildspace shut down after.
still. eu is full of anomalies.
every week. i meet cool ones with crazy potential.
but they are alone.
they need home. homies. and enough money until pmf.
otherwise? only rich kids build. cause they can afford to live for "free" until traction.
that's why we keep getting the same ideas. same companies. same soft innovations.
eu doesn't need another commission for a commission of AI transition 🇪🇺 😂
eu needs to take care of its builders.
so they don't leave or lose hope.
for now. SF wins.
but we can offer another option.
we just need more real risk.
believe in ppl. not spreadsheets. not diplomas. not past xp. not family names.
that's how we invent crazy sh*t. that's how we all win. that's how we compete with the us and china.
that's eu renaissance 2.0
that's anomalie.space 🏴☠️
ps: free for builders, thanks to our angels 🪽
